Our tours go as soon as we have enough people signed up. They are not offered on a schedule. We leave for tours at 8:30 or 9:00AM and pick you up at your hotel in our vans. Our drivers are our guides and they are safe, knowledgeable and dedicated to giving you a great day! Our tours are based on history, science, and our reverence for beauty. We have full insurance and permits with the state and federal governments. Bandelier National Monument
The Pueblo people settled in the sculpted canyons and mesa tops of the Pajarito Plateau west of Santa Fe. This amazing volcanic landscape is among the most beautiful places in the Southwest.

On this trip we visit a National Monument (managed by the National Park Service) which holds cliff dwellings and expansive ruins of old Pueblo villages dating to the 1500s. The drive to and from Bandelier is beautiful as we cross the Rio Grande near San Ildefonso Pueblo and have some extra stops that will amaze you.

This is our most popular trip and kids love it. We take a nice easy walk which we guarantee you will find uplifting and unforgettable. $90.00

Taos: Our Taos tour offers a vivid experience of the Southwest;
stunning scenery, rich artistic traditions, and Taos Pueblo; one of the oldest inhabited buildings in the United States. You may see the dramatic Rio Grande Gorge, the heart of the Taos Art Colony, and other stops. 8 hours $115.  (Note: On occasion, Taos Pueblo closes unexpectedly and without notice. The Pueblo is but one stop on our Taos trip. We do not offer discounts or refunds for trips where the Pueblo is closed. We make every effort to find out in advance if the Pueblo is open.)

Abiquiu and the Georgia O'Keeffe Country: In the Chama River Valley lies an astounding landscape of villages, mountains, desert rivers and red rocks made famous by artist Georgia O'Keeffe. On this trip we'll visit the picturesque village of Abiquiu, and the legendary Ghost Ranch, where vibrantly colored cliffs yield dinosaur fossils. The scenery is stunning and the rich stories in the landscape are captivating. A true sense of old New Mexico. 5 hours $90 .

New Mexico Sampler: Enjoy a genuine taste of the Spanish and Pueblo cultures of New Mexico and the amazing landscapes north of Santa Fe. We'll visit the Spanish village of Chimayo with it's legendary church, local arts, and chile. Travel across the Rio Grande to an Indian Pueblo renowned for it's pottery. From a high cliff we'll overlook breathtaking views of the region. A perfect loop. 4 hours. $90

Deluxe Sampler:  We'll go to the places mentioned above but also visit one of New Mexico's most distinguished New Mexican, native food restaurant in a beautiful rural setting for lunch. Enjoy beer or margaritas, we do the driving. 5 hours $110.
Chaco Culture National Historic Park: lies three hours from Santa Fe in the San Juan Basin, surrounded by the Navajo Reservation. Chaco is a place for people with a deep interest in the Puebloan culture as these are the most significant "Anasazi" (early Puebloan) ruins in the Southwest. The long but beautiful drive to get to Chaco passes through stunning desert landscapes and brings us to this remote National Park Service area which is a World Heritage Site. We walk through the remains of beautifully crafted sandstone pueblos which were abandoned around the year 1300. Due to the distance and staffing needs, this tour is offered for a minimum of 4 guests at $200 per person including box lunch. 12 hours.
Pecos National Historic Park lies south and east of Santa Fe. Here the National Park Service protects a huge ruin of a Towa Pueblo village and the massive church that the Spanish compelled the Pecos Indians to build around 1600. This park features stunning views of the southern end of the Rocky Mountains where the Pecos River flows out toward the eastern planes. You will be able to visit the exceptional visitor center endowed by Greer Garson who lived near here during her life in movies. Also we'll visit the Glorieta Pass Battlefield which was a decisive battle in the Civil War, leading to the defeat of the Confederate drive to Colorado.  $90 for 3 to 4 hours.
For all our tours please call as far in advance as you are able. We do tours once we have a minimum number of people to go that day. We can do private tours as well. Tours include transportation, guide, entrance fees, water and snacks.
